pitchfork

Wow, I can’t remember the last time Pitchfork redesigned its website.  Seriously, I think their previous design dates back to at least ’05.  Had to do a doubletake today when I loaded the page, especially since it redirected me from “pitchforkmedia.com” to “pitchfork.com.”  Looks like they’ve hit the big leagues and finally bought their own domain.

The design is actually pretty modest, especially considering Pitchfork’s iconic status in hipster culture.  Functional, clean, classy, but a little bit boring.
